**CLEAN CHECK MOBILE - TERMS & CONDITIONS**
Thank you for choosing CleanCheck Mobile! We kindly request that you carefully read and understand the following terms and conditions. By scheduling an appointment with us, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
**BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS**
Before availing our services, please ensure that you remove all personal belongings, money, and valuable items from your vehicle and or move them to the trunk; Technicians will not clean this area.
CleanCheck Mobile will not be held liable for any loss or damage to personal property, including the serviced vehicle and its contents, or any damage occurring at the service location. If you have any concerns regarding the service location, please communicate them to our detailer.
We will perform the selected services from our menu with the utmost skill and care. However, please note that all vehicle detailing is undertaken at your own risk. In the event of any damage resulting from normal, reasonable, or typical cleaning procedures, our liability will be limited to the cost of the service.
Please be aware that the estimated detailing times are approximate, as each vehicle is unique and may require more or less time to complete the requested service. Additionally, the condition of each vehicle may vary. If you are under a time constraint, kindly inform us, and we will strive to find a mutually beneficial solution. However, we will not compromise the quality of our work by rushing.
We reserve the right to assign any staff member to detail your vehicle and may need to make a change at short notice, without any penalty.
While we make every effort to maintain consistent day and time slots for recurring bookings, there may be occasions where changes are necessary. In such cases, we will provide clear communication regarding any alterations prior to our arrival.
To secure your booking, we may require debit or credit card information.
We reserve the right to modify or reschedule a booking due to factors such as staffing levels, weather conditions, equipment availability, or equipment failure.
We maintain the right to refuse any booking or discontinue a service in progress if a customer is deemed to be unreasonable, disrespectful, or poses a danger to our staff.
We prioritize punctuality and reserve the right to decline customer demands that exceed the scope of the booked service.
**PRICING AND PAYMENT TERMS & CONDITIONS**
Payment for the service is due upon booking.
For any work beyond the scope of the original booking, we reserve the right to charge an hourly rate of $75 (or proportion thereof).
We do not specialize in the removal of urine, vomit, blood, feces, or other hazardous materials. If discovered at the time of the scheduled service, we will immediately stop all service and notify the customer. Technician will still be compensated for time spent at the customer’s expense. Although, CleanCheck Mobile does not offer this service, we are able to provide guidance on which professional team to choose.
Our prices are based on various factors, including the estimated service duration, labor, service difficulty, location, vehicle type, and vehicle condition.
We reserve the right to charge each vehicle according to its specific condition, type, and customer location.
In the event that a price adjustment is necessary during the service due to differences from the original estimate, we will clearly communicate this to you.
Invoices must be paid in full by the agreed-upon deadline. Any invoice or scheduled payment more than 10 days past due will be subject to a late fee of $30.00 per month.
Services may be suspended when payments are more than 15 days overdue.
We reserve the right to change pricing without prior notice.
**COMMUNICATIONS**
At CleanCheck Mobile, we strive to keep communication convenient and efficient. While email is our primary mode of communication, we may also send you SMS text messages to confirm your service request, provide details about the assigned detailer, and conduct a customer satisfaction survey after the completion of the job. Please note that depending on your mobile phone service provider, you may incur costs for these SMS text messages. Any such charges are the responsibility of the customer, and we cannot be held accountable for them.
We prioritize exceptional customer service and timely service delivery. To ensure that we meet your requirements promptly, we may share your service request with any detailer within our network, including those outside our network.
Once your service request is matched with a provider, your name, phone number, service address, and vehicle information will be shared with the assigned service provider to facilitate a smooth and efficient service experience.
In certain instances, we may need to call you directly to schedule your service or conduct a customer satisfaction survey. Additionally, if a request is canceled, we may contact you to understand the reasons for cancellation and gather valuable feedback.
Please be aware that for quality assurance purposes, all inbound and outbound customer service calls may be recorded.
**OUR SERVICE TERMS & CONDITIONS**
To improve our marketing strategies, we may inquire about where you heard about CleanCheck Mobile. Your response will assist us in evaluating our outreach efforts.
As part of our commitment to ensuring customer satisfaction, we may conduct periodic customer satisfaction surveys. Your feedback is invaluable in helping us enhance our services.
To secure a recurring booking, we require permission to hold a debit or credit card on file. We will charge the card after each visit, streamlining the payment process for your convenience.
Please note that if the booked vehicle(s) are not available for cleaning and the booking has not been canceled in advance as per our cancellation policy, we reserve the right to charge the full amount to the provided debit or credit card.
We do not accept liability for discharged batteries or emptied fuel tanks during or after the service. Please inspect your vehicle after the service to ensure all lights are turned off.
CHILDREN CAR SEATS:
We consider children car seats to be treated with extra care. If you prefer to have the seat beneath the mounted car seat cleaned, kindly disconnect or unlatch the car seat. Please note that as a policy, we do not remove or install car seats for liability reasons. Additionally, we will never spray any chemicals on the carseat; it will only receive the vacuum service.
DOG HAIR REMOVAL:
We make an effort to remove dog hair; however, this particular issue requires a specialized service that we do not provide. We can gladly recommend a professional team that specializes in handling dog hair removal. Please note that we will not interrupt the scheduled cleaning and will proceed with the service to the best of our ability, maintaining the original price agreed upon at the time of booking confirmation.
WEATHER-RELATED CANCELLATIONS:
To ensure the best quality service, we will not attempt to perform a waterless wash during rainy, drizzling, or sprinkling conditions. We are committed to avoiding these weather-related issues by carefully scheduling around rain and being considerate of your designated time slot. If it becomes apparent that the assigned work cannot be completed promptly due to weather conditions, we will stop the wash and reschedule the appointment at no additional cost to either party. We will make every effort to provide advance notice of any necessary cancellations.
**SERVICE GUARANTEE**
Your satisfaction is our top priority. We always allow customers to inspect our work before we conclude the service. Additionally, to provide proof of completion, we will take pictures. If, for any reason, the customer is unavailable to perform an inspection, and it becomes apparent that the detailer did not fulfill the package as ordered or if there is clear evidence of poor quality, we will redo the uncompleted or unsatisfactory portion of the service at no extra charge to you.
Any claims regarding the service must be filed within 24 hours of its completion. To initiate a claim, please email us at support@cleancheckmobile.com.
For effective resolution, please ensure that pictures of the area in question are emailed within 24 hours of making the claim. This will aid us in promptly addressing your concerns and providing appropriate solutions.
**CANCELATION, RESCHEDULE AND REFUND POLICY**
At CleanCheck Mobile, we strive to provide reliable and convenient service to our valued customers. We understand that circumstances may arise that require appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Please review our cancellation policy below:
1. Customer-initiated cancellations:
We kindly request a 24-hour prior notice for all cancellations. If you need to cancel your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your request for a full refund or reschedule.
2. Acts of God or unforeseen weather events:
In the event of unforeseen weather conditions such as rain, lightning, hail, sleet, or snow, which pose safety risks or prevent us from delivering our waterless wash service effectively, we may need to cancel and reschedule your appointment. The safety of our customers and technicians is our top priority, and we appreciate your understanding in such situations.
3. Refunds and rescheduling:
If your appointment is canceled due to acts of God or unforeseen weather events, we will work with you to promptly reschedule your appointment at your convenience. In cases where the technician has already been dispatched or other work has been canceled to fulfill your appointment, we may issue a full or partial refund or provide a gift card equivalent to the original or partial price.
4. Repeat cancellations:
We value the commitment of our customers and do our best to accommodate their needs. However, repeated cancellations may impact our ability to serve you effectively. CleanCheck Mobile reserves the right to decline future bookings with customers who have a history of repeated cancellations.
We appreciate your cooperation and understanding regarding our cancellation policy. It enables us to manage our resources efficiently and continue providing quality service to all our valued customers. Should you have any questions or need assistance, please feel free to contact us.
**PREEXISTING DAMAGES**
During the initial vehicle inspection, we understand that it can sometimes be challenging to identify all preexisting damage. Many vehicles may have interior components that, without the owner's knowledge, are broken, scratched, worn out, faded, non-functional, or become loose and cracked over time. To address this, our detailer will conduct a thorough walk-around of your vehicle before the service, taking pictures and notes of any existing imperfections. If necessary, these findings will be shared with you for reference and clarity. We strongly encourage you to inform us of any preexisting damage before the service. While we are not liable for such damage, we will exercise utmost caution in those areas during the service. It is important that your vehicle is capable of withstanding reasonable cleaning procedures.
In the event that our detailer discovers any damage or imperfection that has the potential to worsen during the detailing process, you will have the option to proceed with the service or cancel without any penalty imposed.
By consciously choosing to proceed with the service after being informed of any preexisting damage or imperfections, you acknowledge and agree that CleanCheck Mobile cannot be held responsible for any preexisting damages to your car.
We appreciate your cooperation and understanding in this matter. Our goal is to provide exceptional service while ensuring transparency regarding the condition of your vehicle.

We shall not be liable for any interruptions during your use of this website. CleanCheck Mobile disclaims all warranties with regard to the information provided, including the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, as well as non-infringement.
**INDEMNITY**
By using our services, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold CleanCheck Mobile harmless from any and all third-party claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees and costs) arising out of, based on, or in connection with your actions. We encourage you to use our services responsibly and in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
**APPLICABLE LAWS**
The terms and conditions of service are governed by the laws enforced in the United States. The parties involved irrevocably submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United States, including courts of appeal, for determining any dispute concerning the terms and conditions of service.

**CLEANCHECK MOBILE - MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP TERMS**
Purchase of any subscription constitutes acceptance of the following terms:
No-contract program with a monthly fee over a calendar month.
Applies to registered vehicle only, cannot be combined with other programs or discounts.
Automatic monthly charges on a set date to your credit/debit card, including taxes.
Membership remains valid until the end of the calendar month of activation, even if canceled.
Subscriptions are activated on the first day of the following month after sign-up.
To cancel, email support@cleancheckmobile.com; otherwise, payment will be deducted automatically.
No credits or refunds for partial months; subscription valid for entire month.
Payment depends on the associated vehicle and can only be made with valid credit/debit cards.
CleanCheck Mobile reserves the right to cancel, amend, or suspend the program.
Continued receipt of emails is recommended for important subscription information.
Unsubscribe option available in marketing emails; your information is private and not sold to third parties.
VEHICLE SIZE: Our determination of vehicle size is final and binding.
PRIVACY: Payment and booking information provided is used solely by CleanCheck Mobile and not shared.
EXPLANATION OF TERMS:
SERVICE OR THE SERVICE: The vehicle clean service selected by you, from those offered by us only.
CLEAN, CLEANING: The vehicle cleaning & washing services selected by you, from those offered by us.
WE, US, OUR, THE COMPANY, CCM: The Company or representative of the entity, operating under agreement from CleanCheck Mobile.
YOU, YOUR, THE CUSTOMER, THE CLIENT: The customer, we make the agreement with, including any persons we reasonably believe is acting with the customer’s authority or knowledge.
